Services

Billy & Sons Professional Power Washing provides house washing, deck and patio cleaning, driveway and walkway cleaning, roof washing, commercial power washing, and foreclosure cleaning services as described on this website and in your individual quote. Scope of work for each project is confirmed in writing before service begins.

Scheduling

Project start dates are scheduled as agreed at the time of your quote. Weather delays may shift your service day; we'll notify you as soon as a change is needed.

Payment

Project-based work requires payment on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger commercial jobs may require a deposit before work begins.

Cancellations

Scheduled projects can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a completed visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Liability

Billy & Sons Professional Power Washing carries general liability insurance. Please let us know in advance about any fragile siding, outdoor electrical fixtures, or sensitive landscaping near the areas we're cleaning.
